Parimatch has established itself as a responsible business. What is the management/attitude of the company towards its workforce, in these unprecedented conditions? It was a deep inward-looking exercise that allowed us to focus on being more successful in the future. We started our tech transformation shortly before the pandemic hit, and that showed us we were on the right track. We did everything to ensure their health and safety and their smooth transition to remote working. Our employees are our most valuable asset. The first thing we did was take care of our people. How did Parimatch manage to deal with and continue to deal with this situation? And the pandemic convinced us that this was the way to go. The cancellation of sporting events has had a negative impact on betting, but even before this started happening, Parimatch saw the potential for developing esports.
